Air Conditioning.
One of the emerging markets has been the self catering holiday industry where there is rising concern of the
increase in energy consumption in warm and popular holiday destinations due to the use of air conditioning.
Leisure Controls International (LCI) has developed the LT3500 coin meter and LT3100S coin meter aimed at controlling the use of air conditioning.
The LT3100S coin meter can be used with all types of air conditioning units whereas the LT3500 coin meter is only suitable for units which do
not incorporate inverter technology.
In either case a pre-payment allows use of the air conditioning for a predetermined time but the timer stops counting
down when the air conditioning is switched off (LT3500) or when the stop button is pressed (LT3100S).
