Warranty
We offer a direct replacement in case of malfunctioning of any of our meters as long they are within the
warranty period of 12 months. If expired please refer to the normal
repairing service.
If a problem occurs whilst under warranty, please contact LCI by phone first in order to obtain an
appropriate replacement unit. Once the replacement unit is received, the faulty product should be
returned to LCI.
Failure to return the faulty product within 14 days could result in a charge being made.
Please note that Hairdryer Handsets/Heaters are only covered by a 3 month warranty policy.
